The sunken living room with a huge fireplace
opens on to a large terrace on one side and the dining room seating
10-12 on the other.

In
the summer months
the dining room would only be used on rare
rainy days.
Breakfast is best enjoyed on the terrace with
lunch and dinner in the shade of the oak terrace
overlooking the golf course, or under the pergola housing
both a large Umbrian style open barbecue and a Teppanyaki grill
for oriental cuisine.
