The sunken living room
with a huge fireplace opens on to a large terrace on one side and the dining room seating 10-12 on the other.

In the summer months
the dining room
would only be used on rare
rainy days.

Breakfast is best enjoyed on the terrace with lunch and dinner in the shade of the oak terrace overlooking the golf course, or under the pergola housing both a large Umbrian style open barbecue and a Teppanyaki grill for oriental cuisine.

The stairway leads up
to the first floor family room that has satellite TV (CNN, BBC and SKY), an antique Steinway grand piano and a minstrel’s gallery holding nearly a third of the 3,000 books scattered throughout the house.

The family room
leads on to the games room and two double bedrooms, while the arch on the left leads to three more bedrooms.
All five have their own bathrooms.

The games room offers Snooker, Billiards, Eight Ball, Darts and the Internet connection.

Every bedroom has its own character and views over the valleys, ruins or woods.

The stone tiled bathrooms have all been refurbished and have high pressure Teuco massage showers.

Bedrooms No.1 and 2 have twin beds and Teuco showers. No.3 has a raised double bed overlooking a living area with a wide 2 metre sofa and has both a tub and shower in its bathroom. No.4, with a satellite TV monitor, has a double bed and Teuco shower. No.5, the master bedroom, has a double bed, a large bathroom with separate tub and shower areas, and a settee sofa.
